First off 4 month ago I visited the Marion IL location at 5 am well there was no lights on even know your website send open at 4:00 so I said in the parking lot till 5:45 to wait for the lights to be turned on never did so I pulled to the drive-thru by gentleman come on took my order I pulled to the window and I told him I'd been sitting there since 5:00 but didn't think they was open cuz there was no lights on and at that time he then turn the lights on wasn't very friendly that was 4 months ago now today I get there 5:25 a.m. I wanted to order a biscuit and gravy combo same gentleman proceeded to tell me they couldn't make hash browns because they're fryers was down right there it would be another 10 minutes or so and your light chain on at this time either I told the gentleman well I'll just wait I'll drive around and I'll come back so I did I went to the other end of town come back I pull up gentleman same gentleman comes on the speaker I tell him I was the one that was just there who got told that they couldn't make potatoes right then are your fries ready to go now yes sir so I then ordered the biscuit and gravy combos like I wanted I get to the window get my food drive off make it to the stoplights at the other side of town I have no potatoes in my biscuit and gravy combo I guess it was a biscuits and gravy platter you gave me but I mean don't make no sense to me either I wouldn't have left at 5:26 this morning because the fryers were down if I didn't want potatoes try to go back pull back through order potatoes that cost me $9 I get home the potatoes or nasty because he had heated up his grace too hot and drop Frozen potatoes with him I've been a cook for a lot of years but I think you all need to get on your manager up here because that's who it is because this is a daily thing like train on and I ain't doing no work I'm very unhappy and I I want something done and manager does not give receipts both times I was through the drive-thru I use the debit card I can give you the debit card number

Sioux Center, Iowa Hardee's - Around 2:40 p.m. Ordered a hamburger fries and drink. Burger was burnt to a black crisp. Looked like they tried to warm it up from lunch. They tried to cover it up with mustard and ketchup. Phoned manager when we were down the road and couldn't go back. All's manager could say was, "well, I didn't make it". I cannot believe they actually let this go out the door. Very poor management and quality of food. Sorry, I did not save the receipt.

Asslamu alikum sir I am a rider from hungerstaction 5th January hungerstaction give me a order I'll pick up order from but customer no answer my call and msg so I'll complain hungerstaction for cancil the order and he cancil order from my id and they not paying me for this order but order is mine now always like that when the order cancil hungerstaction not paying money only rider take order but your staf said give it back when I give back order resturent so who paid me

So today 17th January again my id order coming from hardees so when I go thare he not giving me and also abusing me to much abuse word use for me

Not only was my breakfast, not corrbut. I had to go second time.

I asked for the biscuits sandwiches to be remayed because they were falling apart. And drawer and I asked him them to be fresh and she got real attitude. And disrespectful and said they are made fresh. Don't tell me.

I didn't make them fresh. That's no way to speak to a customer. And I didn't even stay to get a refund for the biscuits. After that, attitude is somewhere tould call me back to rectify the problem.

I ordered a mushroom melt and iced tea and have to say the girl at the window was very nice. I ordered the melt with extra mushroom sauce and cheese which I paid for and got the burger home and started to eat it and it was almost dry as it had maybe enough mushrooms cut paper thin and heated that might have compared to half a small mushroom and one really thin piece of cheese on a dried out bun.

I called and got hold of the little black lady that manages evening shift and told her and she was very dry and rude and said being it back tonight and we will make you another one and I went on to explain its 25 miles to their restaurant and with a vehicle getting 13 mpg Id be insane to bring ot back tonight cause Id spend $25 in fuel to get another $8 burger. Other than the girl who was at the front window that place is really messed ups

March 11th 2024. Time: 1430 to 1445.

Location: Hardee's in Sioux Center, Iowa.

Ordered a regular hamburger, fries and a drink. The hamburger was totally burnt, and I mean to a black crisp on one side. Looked like they tried to warm it up from lunch. They tried to cover it up with the mustard and ketchup on burnt side.

Since we were down the road, couldn't go back. Called the manager who could only say, "well I didn't make it." It's unimaginable that they let this be served. Totally irresponsible of manager and staff. Will never go back to any Hardee's.

Took a picture to show my friends. Sorry, I didn't save the receipt.

If I call it, the message says their mailbox is no longer in service, and they ask you to submit feedback through the website. Sounds great, but in the past, I have done that, and nearly every time, they do not respond. I had a $10 certificate to use, tried to enter it into the My Rewards part of the app, and got a message that the code was already used. It was generated this morning, I have not been to Hardee's today, and nobody has seen the code. I did a 15-20 minute survey (from Hardee's) to get the code.

I visited hardees on Norwood Ave. Today 18th of may around 1045 am and was met with a negative greeting when asked for the code to the restroom by a male black manager in the store with a nasty attitude...which changed my mind about ordering anything and went to burger king instead and if this foul mouth fella remain at this store I will never again eat at hardees stereotyping is not at all right in today's society he should be fired right away before he cause hardees a huge lawsuit.

Still a big problem I had 4,471 points a little more than 1,000 got used \ taken, but they still have issues with the computer receiving orders, yesterday I tried to order 14 redeemable items and 1 was received also,

I WAAAANT MYYYY MONNEEEYYY BACK($25.42)

Lastly, I want a monetary dollar amount inconvenience credit for at least $30 from the extending time that I've had them waiting and still not received my refund and because of being convenience and aggravation of not being able to redeem my points & furthermore, I want a phone call not an email not a text message a phone call 352-501-**** so that I can discuss with someone from corporate how to exchange my points for additional monetary value

Rudest service I EVER had from ANY fast food restaurant pulled n drive thru at 9:01 pm with 1 car n front on ne whom also waited .front door was locked and after repeatedly askn for help she told me she is only one person and one cook ,said if I didn't want to wait for her to clear door dash orders and customers inside , keepn n mind door is locked and not a single person n there ,I took a pictures ,said I could go somewhere else ,after waitn till 9 :14 , exactly 13 mins without even placing my order .Asked for her name,refused to give to ne but the car in front of heard the other girl call her name " Myia " and and he actually took time to give me her name ! Tried to call u but if course u no longer take complaints over phone as I'm sure u are having so many !!

Door dash shld never take priority over drive thru for for 12 mins !

Then lied about people waitn I side ,I took pictures ,door locked not one customer . She proceeded to tell me the whole store history and again after waiting 12 mins to go d out u no longer sell 1/3 lb burgers although they are still advertised on menu on line .
