I have tried and no one answers at the corporate office and there never seems to be a store manager on duty either..
Nothing has happened yet
However when trying to entere my desired pick up time I got locked out or theapp froze.. I tried at lasrt3 times before calling the location.. When I did call I was told there was not a GM there and didnt know when the person would be back. Also told they knew nothing about online orders.
So I asked if I could just place the order then b phi=one and told no once more. Needless to say no tenders this past Sunday.
I filed a complaint online on Sunday and followed up on Monday.. Both times I was sent a reply someone would be contacting me soon.. Never has happened.
I like the Chicken tenders a lot as well as the Frisco Breakfast sandwich and the Frisco burger..
I grew up on the Husky which is no more.
I am very disappointed in Hardees and there customer service this past weekend or lack there of.. I wiil be looking for other options going forward.

I was doing an online order. They submitted my order without me submitting it, and they didn't charge my gift card, which I had put all the info in for. It said my order was picked up even though I didn't get it.

Over the past year, I and many other local customers have encountered repeated issues, including rude and unprofessional behavior from employees, food that is rarely fresh, frequent stock shortages of condiments and menu items, and inaccurate orders (wrong or missing items about half the time). My most recent visit on December 14, 2025, exemplified these problems.
The restaurant was not busy, yet I waited over 20 minutes for a simple order. When the food arrived, it was prepared sloppily: missing ingredients, and everything except the fries tasted stale and old. There is simply no justification for such long wait times paired with subpar food quality and unprofessional service. Despite numerous online reviews from myself and other customers highlighting these ongoing issues over the last year, I have seen no noticeable improvements at this location.
As a result, these experiences have eroded my confidence in the brand, and I am hesitant to return.
I kindly request that corporate investigate this store's operations, including staff training, food preparation standards, and management oversight. I would appreciate a response outlining any steps that will be taken to address these concerns.

On Saturday, August 2, 25, I went to Hardee's at about 12:30, ordered a ham and cheese on sourdough bread and a dollar sweet tea, opened the lid, and there was a plastic bag in it.
Management Sucks
I was refused a refund on 2 burnt breakfast sandwiches after waiting over 20 mins in the drive-thru. The manager was combative, and other employees stood around and started recording.

I called the number that I got for Hardee's and nobody has not returned my phone call so I emailed them and told them I complaint so I have not heard from anybody but it doesn't matter. The Hardee's by deep Creek I will not go to and I told all my friends and family don't go to that Hardee's because you will get a sloppy sloppy breakfast sandwich.
Like I said I didn't speak to a live agent when I called to complain about the sandwich how the biscuit just fell off the chicken it was crumbly. It's the Hardee's near deep Creek. I would not recommend anybody to that Hardee's at all.
The chicken breakfast sandwich was terrible; the biscuit just crumbled. It wasn't even on the chicken; it just crumbled.
I was not driving, but if I had been the driver, I would have turned back around and taken the sandwich back and told them to give me my money back. They don't have to worry about me ever going to that Hardee's near Deep Creek again.

Tried to call them, phone busy for hours, wont answe the call to complain. The food was not good, very dry no ketchup, or anything , curly fries were cold. Drinks ok , got 4 of the biggie bags, hot dogs were good, drinks good, but the hurley fries cold.dont know why they won't answer the phone.
My last visit these items need addressed and management won't answer there phone
I went through the Hardee's drive-thru in Strasburg, Ohio, for a hamburger and a cheeseburger. The pictures below show what we received.
The guy at the window taking the orders did not know that they had third-pound cheeseburgers. Then we pulled around, he took our $16, and not even 2 minutes later gave us a bag of food. Would everybody know that Hardee's third-pound patties, cooked to order, take 9 minutes? These patties were not fresh; they were cold, and the mustard and ketchup were out of control.
The amount of onions on the sandwich was ridiculous, and there was one pickle. After we got home and saw what we received, I tried to call the store, and the manager on duty would not answer the phone.
I called the New Philly Hardee's to talk to their manager about getting a hold of Jennifer Paisley, the regional manager of the Strasburg store. I left my name and phone number with her and never received a call.

I had to use the restroom really really bad. There was nowhere else I stopped in to Hardees on E.
10th St. and Indianapolis, Indiana. They informed me I needed a token to use the restroom and I would need to purchase something to get one! I ran out of my car.
I didnt bring anything in with me. I was having an issue not P put it that way. I was very, very embarrassed because there was other people in the restaurant. Needless to say, I didnt make it to the restroom and I had to sit in it all the way home.
I was mortified. How can people treat you like that? The woman told me I needed the token and I had to buy something pretty much yelled it! I understand restaurants do not want homeless people into the bathrooms, but I assure you Im not a homeless person I didnt look like a homeless person.
I just dont understand. I guess I would never treat someone like that. I have worked at McDonalds and Ive worked at Hardees and we would never treat a customer like that ever ever ever. I just thought you should know what kind of people you have working for you thank you very much.
Also, she told me that both restrooms were stopped up and not working before she told me I needed a token so why are we not taking care of our restroom? Thats unhealthy for a restaurant.

Very upset customer
The reason is I used my app to order my food and that was before 11 am. They said it would be ready at 11, so I pulled up to the drive-thru.
And they asked me to hold on. I told them okay. I sat there for a good hour, and there were cars behind me that left, so I went to the window and told them I was sitting back there for an hour for them to speak. She asked me what my order was.
I told them it was a mobile order. She asked what the name was. I told her Sandra.
Then they came back and said, 'Can you pull up to the white line?' Then I had to sit there more to wait. It really pissed me off; they didn't apologize either, and the food was not fresh either.

Coupon to use on the app for future purchases. I had to report the issue with a bot on the app I was not able to call customer service unfortunately there weren't any live agents available to speak with this was a complete inconvenience because it takes only a few minutes to place an order through the app but when it's time to receive your refund they take you through all these different steps in order to get your refund or something similar because I didn't receive my refund until a week or so later through in app coupon.
I made a mistake and ordered from the wrong location on the app it is difficult to get in contact with anyone to help me solve my situation I am not able to pick up the items, so I wanted a refund but they're making it hard for me to get in contact with them I've called the hotline and I've called the restaurant that I placed the wrong order at this is horrible.

I had used my card for a partial payment it took the whole 10 off and they were telling me it didn't even tho I SHOWED her that it had and that they took it off the general manager started getting irritated and angry raising his voice because he didn't feel like looking into what was wrong.

I come to Hardee's every night when I get off around 9 PM, and they always close the location early, saying it's due to short staff. They close down early every night.
This is the worst location to go to on Pine Grove Rd in Columbia, SC. I even asked the person in the drive-thru why they were closing so early. The gentleman I spoke with got very loud and obnoxious over the speaker.

This isn't the Hardee's website. Duh duh. Did you know that?!!!
Someone replied that the stores did not have IT people on staff.. DU HUH I know that.
But where was the GM ?? Yes Hardees has taken my order by phone in the past but I wanted o use my discount. I also wanted the waiting on me hot and fresh.
.I didnt want to wait 30 minutes or longer for 50 tenders to cook !!!! That was the reason for trying to order ahead an also to use my discount.
