Nothing has happened yet
However when trying to entere my desired pick up time I got locked out or theapp froze.. I tried at lasrt3 times before calling the location.. When I did call I was told there was not a GM there and didnt know when the person would be back. Also told they knew nothing about online orders.
So I asked if I could just place the order then b phi=one and told no once more. Needless to say no tenders this past Sunday.
I filed a complaint online on Sunday and followed up on Monday.. Both times I was sent a reply someone would be contacting me soon.. Never has happened.
I like the Chicken tenders a lot as well as the Frisco Breakfast sandwich and the Frisco burger..
I grew up on the Husky which is no more.
I am very disappointed in Hardees and there customer service this past weekend or lack there of.. I wiil be looking for other options going forward.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I never could talk to anybody live so I had to email the whole story.
Very poor thats all im going to say to sum it all up.
They ripped me off and very rude when i asked for a refund and wanted to give there food right back to them without even touching it or even leaving the property with it.

I had placed an online order to be delivered to me on 12-8-24 of 2 Star burgers without cheese and special sauce, curly fries and sweet tea, 3 piece chicken tenders and a Mushroom Swiss burger with tomatoes and lettuce added. My ordered arrived, driver didn't follow instructions, just got out of vechile and placed in on steps, had no courtesy to take to front door but of course that isn't Hardees fault.
Hardees had cramp my whole order in one bag and the fries were upside down, spilling everywhere. My mushroom Swiss burger I ordered was not on a bun! It had 2 pieces of meat patty, melted Swiss cheese, and a slice of a tomato in a plastic round container. No bun, no lettuce.
I also did not give special instructions on my order online. The 3 piece chicken tender and fries were very cold! I called the store and explain to the manager the issues on my order. She said I'm sorry, but I can't do anything since you placed order online.
So I left a Google review, I filed a feedback to Hardee's and yet I have not heard back from anyone today.
I would like a full refund on my order. Also, if anyone reads Google reviews on Hardee's you will read many others have the same complaints that the food service is horrible.

Physical location at moffett road in Mobile Alabama when I got to work my food was cold and the fries were very salty and the manager stated that I needed to bring the food back in and she would give me a refund and if I couldn't make it back today that I could bring it tomorrow this is unsanitary there are viruses still circulating and we need to be protected I feel that I should have gotten my refund back I am in hopes that someone can help me resolve this issue I will not be visiting that location anymore thank you for your time have a great day Unhappy customer

Went to Hardee's at 6313 W Washington St, and the person behind the counter was horrible to me. I asked for 2 fresh chicken with mayo and tomato only, and he said they were fresh.
I said I wanted them from the fryer. He screamed at me and said, 'I SAID THEY WERE FRESH.' He turned and said, *** under his breath. At this point, I'm furious. I told him I wanted to speak to a manager.
He laughed and said there was no manager there. I said, 'Well, you better get me one on the phone.' He also charged me for bacon for both of them. I told him I didn't ask for bacon; he said he'd pull it off, but that's not the point. I had to pay for it.
The manager told him to recook my food fresh, and needless to say, he cooked one of them fresh and one was old as *** Also, my fries were ice cold by the time I got one fresh sandwich. He was the rudest person I've ever had to deal with, and with no manager there, they need to have someone who at least has customer service skills, not a *** punk.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. after over a month and many many many emails they finally fixed the issue
Two weeks have passed and all I've received is a 'bot' response blaming a backlog of technology tickets, and a screenshot of a supposed coupon with no instruction on how we're supposed to be able to activate this 'online only' coupon when we can't even access the account properly to begin with. If it weren't for the fact that this is one of the few places in the area that delivers to her address (she's elderly, does not drive, and does not live in a large town), this situation would be simply unreal.

File I just went to Hardees on Schenkle Lane in Frankfort and got cussed out by the manager because I told him I didnt get my change . He tried to charge me for a gift card but I had already given the money to another employee He slammed the window in my face started yelling *** at the window .
I asked him if he was cussing me he said yes cause you was rude . I was not rude but I paid already and I do t appreciate you cussing me . There were cars in line behind me that witnessed all of this . He then gave me my change while still slamming the window .
He short changed me again . So I stopped my car and went back to the window and said you still owe me a dollar . He started yelling at me again and cussing me in front of the people waiting . I said look I gave you 20.37 my drink was 1.37 plus ten is 11.37 you owe me nine dollar back you gave me eight .
He threw my dollar on the ground annd slammed the window in my face I then hit the window annd said you should not be working here . asked the people at the drive thru if they were seeing all this ? He then came outside and said I gave you nineteen?? I said no you gave me eight and you owe me no e .
Im sorry you cant count and I dont know where you are getting nineteen He then called me a *** and told me to get outta his drive thru . I said your drive through ? I said Im calling corporate he said go ahead honey Im already on there I said well I can see why what a freak He said Im a good freak honey I have never seen such a battle for my change? I said what is wrong with you ???
You are crazy He said you was rude . I said you got mad because I said I didnt get my change ?? I am reporting this to the inspector generals office , and the BBB
This man is absolutely disgusting and appalling! He should be no where around people .

I had the worst experience going to Hardees in kings mountain nc. I placed a mobile order for a breakfast platter but it was sent to the Shelby location.
I then placed another order at the correct location which was km. It was a platter with bacon and a large sprite. Going back 5 days ago I purchased a mobile order and ordered coffee once I was there. I pulled off and my coffee was cold.
I went back in line and told the cashier who I now know is a store manager. I told him the coffee was cold and his response was well were not making any more coffee . We make our coffee in a big pot and that you have to have the receipt and the coffee. He was so rude.
It was only a senior coffee. I gave him back his coffee along with the receipt. He gave me my money back and slammed the window no I'm sorry or I apologize it out policy to make one giant pot of coffee for the day which it ok but cold? He looked irritated I drive back around and I told him how I was unhappy with the service and why did you speak to me that way.
and slammed the window? He stated when window closes it slams. I told him I was a manager in NY and he acted if he's from there he said no Im from here. I said you have to do better because you're a manager dealing with the public.
Your employees will copy what you do. The cashier was shaking up and down not the manager said you need to get the next order and the acting manager said I know know so I pulled out. I know how it is getting the customer served in a timely matter. Fast forward to yesterday placed a mobile order and when was at the speaker he knew who I was from the previous visit.
He gave me my cup of ice and sweet tea I said thank you and the acting manager said nothing. Slammed the window and my order was given to me by the same cashier who spoke about me leaving the window. I said thank you she said nothing.i pulled up out of the drive thru lane opened the box to give the food to my granddaughter. Inside the biscuit was COLD not warm or hot cold as if it were in a refrigerator sitting cold.
The bacon was cold and the egg and hash browns was warm and scarce. I wanted to leave and take it home to heat it up, but that would be unfair to give it to my granddaughter and paying for a breakfast platter I know it's not the platter I receive when I visit the store, so I went around the drive thru and now another vehicle has pulled up waiting for their food in their land . I pulled up parallel to the customer waiting and gave enough room for the person at the window. The same cashier who gave me my food came out to give the waiting customer their food so I said excuse my biscuit and bacon is cold.
She replied you came in the drive through? I said yes you just gave it to me. She said well you sat there for a long time thats why your food is cold!!! Not the response I thought I would get.Was I in a time warp?
Im like why are yelling. I just need another biscuit and bacon Well she said you have to come inside!! The lady in her own lane at the drive thru was preoccupied on a phone call and turned her wheel to the left and jump onto the left side barrier . Before I could say I have back problems I will come around Ill go back to the drive thru the cashier screamed see you made her go over the curb you have to come inside hold her hands up hollering walking in the store.
Did I miss something? So now Im not happy because why are you talking like that to me and why are you blaming me for someone driving and not paying attention. I worked for the NYS thruway before I moved here 31 yrs ago and when we see someone who maybe or maybe not under the influence we cant call it in as a drunk driver only as a erratic driver. However I did pull beside her to ask if shes waiting for her food and I could smell alcohol and see she was having a conversation with her hands shaking.
After that I was very upset and yes I went in the restaurant hearing the cashier and the manager (Jessie) talking about me as I open the front door of the store. I talked with another employee(manager)$and said this girl and the cashier gave me my food and its cold and the cashier screamed Im not a girl Im a woman, so I asked while they were making their smart remarks are you a manager she said yes Im one of them with hesitation. I told her Im not sure but I had a issue the other day with my coffee being cold and I think they gave me this food cold on purpose. The cashier is yelling you need to get your grandchild which I can see her and I said you told me I have to come inside yelling.
I didn't want to be transparent to tell her I have a 9mm mass in my back already degenerate and herniated disk that I need to have surgery so all I wanted was what everyone wants when they go to Hardees for a meal that not cold which was for my granddaughter and the other manager stated well breakfast is over. I said at 1140? Yes but we ran out of everything with discust in her face. She couldnt keep her employees quiet and get the orders out in drive thru.
She said we ran out of the items for breakfast. Well why not tell me the customer instead of the other 2 saying breakfast is over and you have to go to the app to ask for your money back and just free and being confrontational. It is hard for me to carry my grand in the store. I just wanted my food and get back home.I am a frequent customer you can see with my rewards at the shelby location.
Its a time I can create memories with my autistic adult daughter and grandchildren. However, I will never go to the KM location for it is a memory I would like to forget I hope the employees get retrained or go into a field somewhere else that would better suit them. Like I said I worked at entry level to manager and wanted to make each customer happy to visit Burger King. What district manager would do is he would go through our drive thru with someone else and time us and make sure were suggestive selling and being courteous with a smile.
That day went wrong and yes I blacked out completely because Ive never been so disrespected so it was unfortunately returned back to sender.
I hope this will never happen again to another customer. For it could have been worse the terrible we live.

My wife and I went to the Hardees on Duke St. in Durham, NC last night.
We ordered the hot dog combo, which we have ordered many times before because it's a good deal for the price. The order usually comes, if I'm not mistaken, with two hot dogs, fries, and a drink for about 8 dollars and some change. However, the cashier wasn't very friendly or polite. She seemed to have an attitude at the drive-through speaker box.
My wife and I looked at each other, noting that she was very rude. Still, we continued to place our order. We ordered two tray bag hot dog combos. When we got home, we noticed that the receipt had a charge of 18 dollars and 4 cents.
We checked the bag and only found two hot dogs, one bag of fries, and two drinks, when in total we were supposed to have four hot dogs, two bags of fries, and two drinks. The tray bag, if I'm saying it correctly, should come with this order. We called the store to try to correct the order, and surprisingly, the same lady answered the phone. We tried to explain the situation, but she was very rude and kept interrupting us.
She was not only rude on the phone, but she also showed very poor communication skills. She hung up the phone abruptly because I told her she had been very rude to us, even though we always order the same thing when at that restaurant. I called her back to confront her, and she rudely told us to bring the food back. She said she will cancel the order and next time, she asked us to be clear about what we want.
She must have forgotten that the phone was still on when she supposedly hung up and said that she hates dealing with black folks. Hearing this, we decided not to go back and change the order due to her attitude and behavior.
I urge you to relocate her from that branch as her behavior is harmful to your business. If I am writing a complaint about a hot dog meal, you should understand that this was a very serious incident.

Raw chicken biscuit, I purchased a chicken biscuit and bit two bites and realized the chicken was raw on the inside. I proceeded back to the restaurant to show them what they served and the employee stated the cooker cooked the chicken on the wrong time setting, which caused it to not be fully cooked thoroughly through, the employee as expressed that the cook didnt know the correct time to cook the chicken on.
I was also served cold hash browns as well. This is unacceptable, no one should have to experience eating raw chicken.

Hello, me and my fiancé and our son went to Hardees today to use the five dollar off $20 purchase first she typed it and it would not work so she proceeded to do it three times so then we explained well thats not our fault this is what we have this is what we came with so we asked to speak to a manager she lied about being a manager refused to let us speak to anybody so then me the fiancé realized I had another coupon for the same thing so I proceeded to use that coupon once again she types in the numbers it doesnt work so we proceed to ask for once again the store Manager the lady proceeded to lie again then shuts the window and walks away to finally get her manager the manager comes over and proceeds to yell and disrespect us stating that its not her problem or her fault that I should contact Hardees Andrea the manager of Hamlet North Carolina Hardees proceeded to say well then you need to contact Hardees so I asked for the corporate phone number she refused to give it to me I asked for her name she refused to give it to me however shes wearing a name badge, they wouldnt give us our food until we paid which was fine. It was the disrespectful employees customer is always right especially when we have the coupon two of them and they are not working thats false advertisement for Hardees so yes I am pursuing this why because its the third incident with the same people at that Hardees and I am fed up with being treated unkind or unfairly you advertise these coupons they are not working that is false advertisement what if I only had the money for the items minus the five dollar coupon what if I didnt have a $21 because I had a five dollar coupon so I wouldve had to go without feeding my son until I figured it out so if this point I want someone to contact me or I will go to legal Services once again this is the Hardees in Hamlet NC 28345 you can pull the camera I still have the coupon I would like a call back or something addressed to me as soon as possible or I will continue to reach out and find a way to get this out there because ImSure Im not the only Customer going through that like I stated we had to separate coupon neither one of them would work so what you put out in the mail for people in those coupons they are not working its false advertisement then to lie about being a manager took up lately disrespect everybody in the car proceed to keep lying then with hold your name and you are finally the manager so you claim it was very unprofessional very unprofessional and I do not like how I was handled in front of my child at all

I ordered a biggie bag on March 20, 2025, at 11:40 am. I didn't get it until 12:10.
When I complained about the wait, the staff had an attitude. When I finally got my food and got home, the bread was burnt on both sandwiches.
I still got the food. If you need a pic of the food, I love Hardee's, but I don't know if I will be back.

Not only did she come outside to ask if I made a drug deal with my 70 yr old stepdad because I was her employees ride and he needed to work tomorrow at 6...the woman threatened me saying she don't live in Elwood so she can be my *** and get away it...then she has another managers daughter(teka ramsey) text me harassing me ...she also had her employees posted outside after their shifts to play security...and during these events was handing half the menu out for free to her cousin standing in the dining leaning on the counter as they talked very degrading and disrespectful to the grill cook Darrel stonebarger jr. For free so no wonder Hardee's in Elwood is up for sale!!!
Not only did this go on bug I was also refuse a number to complain to. As soon as I find the right person I believe I'll be filing a lawsuit

I started working for Hardee's 4 weeks ago in logansport Indiana and my highering manager was making comments about me being sexy. One day I walked in to work and he had *** on the counter and smoking in the store.
Then when I said I would report him he cut my hours from me last Sunday and pencilled me in on my day off trying to say I was a no call no show.
Then yesterday the police came in the store and arrested him I no longer feel safe to work in that environment and am going to talk to an attorney about my options cause I was excited to work for Hardee's and because of the management I no longer am. Went from 50 hours a week to 20 and now I have to find other emplment

Someone replied that the stores did not have IT people on staff.. DU HUH I know that.
But where was the GM ?? Yes Hardees has taken my order by phone in the past but I wanted o use my discount. I also wanted the waiting on me hot and fresh.
.I didnt want to wait 30 minutes or longer for 50 tenders to cook !!!! That was the reason for trying to order ahead an also to use my discount.
