This latest disappointing trip to Hardees was well over the 200th time I was let down by the long wait time in drive-thru, the incorrect order, cold and badly prepared food, and generally complete waste of time and money. I go back over and over thinking maybe this time it'll be different because I've always loved the Hardees brand.
I think Hardees menu concept is great, and the choices are creative, but in this location more than any other I've encountered, it has THE WORST execution and management bar none. They take forever to get the food out, whether drive-thru or indoors. I've regularly seen one person cooking at the height of lunch time. I've gone at various times and it's never any better.
I can now say after living a few blocks away from this location for over 14 years, that's it's never been a Hardees franchise that corporate would EVER be proud of or should even keep open. How they stay in business I don't know. I guess it's because of loyal Hardees fans like myself.
But I think this last trip has finally sealed the deal for me. After seating in line for OVER 25min at 1:30p in the afternoon when it shouldn't be an issue, and then to receive cold, old and badly prepared food, no napkins, or receipt(not to mention leaving out the cookie that goes with the meal).....I'm done with this *** place.
