Unusual situation
First, I am not "pissed," rather shocked/surprised. I witnessed what appeared to be an unusual act/conduct when the cash drawer next to the DRIVE-THRU window was being counted out (closed).
Perhaps that was a normal procedure but it appeared odd to me as I watched from my vehicle while waiting for the other clerk to complete my order. The clerk (possibly the manager) gathered several bills from the cash drawer as she concluded her count and went to area out of my sight. I parked in the lot to consume my meal and that is when I noticed that I did not have my receipt. When I returned to the inside counter to request it, I was told that it was impossible to retrieve it from the register.
However, there were no customers after me. When I questioned this, the other clerk appeared upset and made several keystrokes on the register and presented me with my receipt. I hope that my suspicion is unwarranted. If a receipt is not issued, perhaps there is a way to alter the order to portray a sale that actually did not occur [???].
The entire sale transaction appeared questionable. My thought is that if several customers were overcharged without their knowledge, these amounts could add up to be a lucrative amount.
I just hope this is not happening. ALWAYS

- Not enough stores
Preferred solution: Just knowing that I was either wrong or that this scenario does present an opportunity for misuse of Hardee's money.

Complaint on restaurant and cancel order
January 10, 2022, @ about 8:35 am, order a biscuit and gravy meal, your attendant was so nasty, using profanity, talking loud and just Not professional at all, (Jessie) is what the receipt Stayed I asked him was he ok, he just looked @ me and push the bag into my hand, so I told me if I was a problem just give my money back., he immediately snacked the receipt and give my money back and slam the window. I call for the Director #, he stated that I am not giving it out, slam the phone down I told him Thank, Then I called back a second time for the shift manager #, REFUSED, THEN THE THIRD TIME I CALLED HE STATED I TOLD THEM ABOUT YOU, YOUR COMPLIANT DON'T MATTER.
VERY NASTY, slam down the phone. Look at the store Cameras, please. This can't be the first time, because he was so rude, too comfortable with his action. I am 69 years old.
This could have gone SOUTH. I do have my receipt.
User's recommendation: Just don't go there. I am a business enterpriser, also, he didn't know that then even care. Look @ your store cameras, Please. He need another job.

i have ordered food on 8 april from the hradees application and the driver send me on WhatsApp that he will not go there to take my food and he will take the food from another branch because its far awy then again after 1 hours the new driver send me on WhatsApp and say the same reason thats its far away so i will wait again for the third new driver so after 3 hours i called the customer service and i explian to her what happened and i asked for cancelling the oreder and she say to me that after 1 week your money will be back and nothing happen i called the customer service more than 10 times and every time they say wait 1 week your money will be back ,and i spend on the calls alot of money that even its triple more than the food costs, and the last 2 times i talked to the manger his Egyptian called shalby he told me the first time after 10 days it will be back i already send email about it ,then i called again he told me that olya branch told him that they closed on my order in the system and he told me that iwill fix it and he didn't even call me later to tell me what happens this was on Ramadan and from that time no one called and the order was since 8 April I am waiting for my money and this manager he didnt even take care about my situation or apologize, and i have the conversation of the 2 driver on WhatsApp and the screenshot of the order,so if you didn't find any solution iwill complain about it to Ministry of Commerce and Investment to take my rights

Five dollar box
Horrible service and food
I went through the drive-through at the Chester location Hardee's, We waited in line for over 20 minutes with only 3 cars in front of us. When we got our food, it was absolutely horrible.
I had ordered a loaded omelet biscuit combo with a sweet tea and a chicken and waffle sandwich by itself. The loaded omelet biscuit was basically a concrete brick, the egg was Brown, there was no cheese and one piece of bacon on the biscuit. The chicken and waffle sandwich, the chicken was pink in the middle and the waffle was gooey. I still have both items in the bag after my son and I tried one bite.
I want my money back. I stopped off at this location on my way home. I tried calling them and no one is answering and I can't go back to that location.
I was never given a receipt either.location. only took 1 bite

My husband and I went through our local Hardee's to get their new Hot Honey Chicken sandwich. We get home, my husband takes a couple bites of his sandwich and says this isn't the right sandwich.
So I call in and tell them our sandwiches was made wrong. And I said *** pickles* and the lady said " are you cussing at me? " I said "no, I just said *** pickles" and she says "I'm not refunding your food or money!" And hangs up. I tried to call again and she picked up and hung back up.
So my daughter and husband goes to the restaurant and argues with the same lady. Finally she has them remake our food. And he brings them home. AND THEY STILL AIN'T RIGHT!!!.
we try to call and SHE STILL WON'T ANSWER. this is absurd, like we paid for our food, we should get what we paid for. Not to mention the gas we wasted for food we ain't going to eat.
The "manager" name is Kinley Guthrie from Coshocton Ohio Hardee's. In my opinion she needs to lose her job due to very poor customer service, and being such a Karen!!
