my mom is not well, medically. i left her alone to get some food for my son and ibefore we had to take her to a dr appt.
it took so long just to get our food, my mon left for her dr appt without us. my mom has cancer, congestive heart failure and is recovering from having her *** kidney removed.
when we got out food, they also forgot our drinks. so i had to try BOTH doors on BOTH sides of the building only to find them both locked. at that point i walked the wrong way up the drive through to ask for my drinks.
they said they would bring them right out. so i waited, once again. minutes roll by. i have to *** go.
so i pull up in front and *** honk. and honk.
and honk.
worst service ever. *** this restaurant.

Drive thru cashier.
Told the lady at the drive thru box what i wanted two country fried steak biscuits with cheese and gravy on them she acted like she had problem with it as always just this certain cashier don't know her name but drove around to the window handed her a coupon for the biscuits and told me this isn't what you ordered and gave nothing but a *** attitude about and i said I'll just take the coupon back then she gets her coworker to go along with her then I asked the second can have my coupon back then seh replied being a smart *** you sure can. I'm not gonna wast time or hard earned money there anyway more.

Buy a Frisco burger and the sandwich did not have the hamburger in it. Call the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager and the manager did not even apologize.
I blamed it on poor uneducated employees. He also said most of the workers were new and did not know what they were doing. This Hardees is on Randleman Road in Greensboro, NC 27406. I am writing this public complaint in hopes of anyone who may be thinking of eating there to think twice and eat somewhere else.
That Hardees made a burger and did not put the burger in..$13 wasted and until I hear from corporate or somebody I will never waste another dollar with Hardees again.
I would like for that manager to be replaced. That manager should have deescalated the situation and made my order right, but instead he blame the employee for poor job performance when it was he responsibility to fix it.

Hi,
I went and purchased a chicken meal, this past Saturday. When I got home to eat, my chicken fingers were burned badly.
I called the store no answer, went back through the drive through and they asked me to pull around. Manager came to the window. I showed her the chicken fingers and told her this is ridiculous to serve this to customers. She didn't say sorry or any, just said some more were cooking.
I told her, who ever fixed my order must eat theirs like this burned. She had an attitude, because I asked her what else can they give me for having to come back. She said fries and I told her, I should get fries anyways, because it comes with my order. She rushes me to pull up didn't want to have any to say.
Still no sorry or anything. I'm very disappointed and upset. I like Hardee's and always bragged to people.
I don't think I will again about this one loc ated in Fultondale, AL..

Very poor customer service from a manager

Terrible customer service
This was the very first time I had ever been to this restaurant, upon going in, my first clue should have been the 12 or 13 other very unhappy looking people standing around the counter waiting for their orders. We placed our order at 9:44am, not rush hour breakfast, I watched as the other customers left or finally got their food.
Not a complicated order 1 bacon egg cheese biscuit 1 sausage biscuit, 2 drinks.
At 10:08 I finally ask if we could at least have our drinks, when I ask the MOD when our food would be ready, she started explaining her staffing issues, firstly, her response should have been, I'm sorry let me see when your food is ready and then I'm so sorry. Is there anything else I can help you with...not a chance, there were 2 other parties left due to the unclean appearance of that place and the lack of concern from every single employee, they just don't care .
