First off 4 month ago I visited the Marion IL location at 5 am well there was no lights on even know your website send open at 4:00 so I said in the parking lot till 5:45 to wait for the lights to be turned on never did so I pulled to the drive-thru by gentleman come on took my order I pulled to the window and I told him I'd been sitting there since 5:00 but didn't think they was open cuz there was no lights on and at that time he then turn the lights on wasn't very friendly that was 4 months ago now today I get there 5:25 a.m. I wanted to order a biscuit and gravy combo same gentleman proceeded to tell me they couldn't make hash browns because they're fryers was down right there it would be another 10 minutes or so and your light chain on at this time either I told the gentleman well I'll just wait I'll drive around and I'll come back so I did I went to the other end of town come back I pull up gentleman same gentleman comes on the speaker I tell him I was the one that was just there who got told that they couldn't make potatoes right then are your fries ready to go now yes sir so I then ordered the biscuit and gravy combos like I wanted I get to the window get my food drive off make it to the stoplights at the other side of town I have no potatoes in my biscuit and gravy combo I guess it was a biscuits and gravy platter you gave me but I mean don't make no sense to me either I wouldn't have left at 5:26 this morning because the fryers were down if I didn't want potatoes try to go back pull back through order potatoes that cost me $9 I get home the potatoes or nasty because he had heated up his grace too hot and drop Frozen potatoes with him I've been a cook for a lot of years but I think you all need to get on your manager up here because that's who it is because this is a daily thing like train on and I ain't doing no work I'm very unhappy and I I want something done and manager does not give receipts both times I was through the drive-thru I use the debit card I can give you the debit card number

Asslamu alikum sir I am a rider from hungerstaction 5th January hungerstaction give me a order I'll pick up order from but customer no answer my call and msg so I'll complain hungerstaction for cancil the order and he cancil order from my id and they not paying me for this order but order is mine now always like that when the order cancil hungerstaction not paying money only rider take order but your staf said give it back when I give back order resturent so who paid me
So today 17th January again my id order coming from hardees so when I go thare he not giving me and also abusing me to much abuse word use for me

Not only was my breakfast, not corrbut. I had to go second time.
I asked for the biscuits sandwiches to be remayed because they were falling apart. And drawer and I asked him them to be fresh and she got real attitude. And disrespectful and said they are made fresh. Don't tell me.
I didn't make them fresh. That's no way to speak to a customer. And I didn't even stay to get a refund for the biscuits. After that, attitude is somewhere tould call me back to rectify the problem.

I ordered a mushroom melt and iced tea and have to say the girl at the window was very nice. I ordered the melt with extra mushroom sauce and cheese which I paid for and got the burger home and started to eat it and it was almost dry as it had maybe enough mushrooms cut paper thin and heated that might have compared to half a small mushroom and one really thin piece of cheese on a dried out bun.
I called and got hold of the little black lady that manages evening shift and told her and she was very dry and rude and said being it back tonight and we will make you another one and I went on to explain its 25 miles to their restaurant and with a vehicle getting 13 mpg Id be insane to bring ot back tonight cause Id spend $25 in fuel to get another $8 burger. Other than the girl who was at the front window that place is really messed ups

I went to 805 Franklin St waterloo iowa 50702. 9:25 am.
I was placing an order for 2 people one has an egg allergy. I placed my order for a monstor breakfast biscut and a side of sauagae and egg biscuts then i went to place the next order. When they were told of an egg allergy and asking to change thier gloves the drive thru person i would suggest not eating here then cancelled my order with my food and then only rang up the egg allegic persons sausage and biscuts. I felt like that was uncalled for and why would tell a person not to eat your establishment due to an allergy issue.
But the issue is the allergic person got the Sausage and biscuits and then me who was going to Get a monster biscuit meal with a sausage and biscuits.
Combo would have been greatly appreciative had I received my food as well. Very, very, very, very pissed off Customer I haven't eaten in your establishment in many months. And was able to to go by today and wasn't able to get anything. This is something i have never heard of telling a customer Not to eat at your company.
So also I thought that we're having an advertisement with these heart-shaped biscuits. I didn't hear anything about it.
I received a sausage and biscut deal. If 0 was an option, this is what they would get a 0.
Preferred solution: Visit this location. Because they shouldn't be saying that to people. Most companies want business and will go above and beyond to try to accommodate their customers.

Preferred solution: I have a bill that's going to be coming in in regards to me having to go to urgent care, let alone not being able to eat ANYTHING that day because I was so disgusted and my stomach was so upset.

To whom it may concern:
I visited your store on 1/31/2024. I purchased 2 sausage biscuits.
My son found a big chunk of hair in his food. It took my appetite. I took the sandwich back to them. The assistant manager and an employee was so rude they said they could not refund my money because it has been bitten into.
You need to educate your employees and managers on how to speak to the customers in a professional way instead of ghetto matters. They are very rude and illiterate. I am very upset about my visit. It really was not about the money but it was the principle of it all.
I really would like to get a response about this unethical behavior.
